Our Story and Philosophy
Modern Habitats is a family-owned construction and renovation business led by Scott Parsons (QBCC Licence No. 1157425). With over three decades of hands-on building experience, Scott has been designing and constructing high-quality homes since 1994, establishing Modern Habitats as a respected name across the Sunshine Coast.
Together with his wife, Linda, Scott has built a business founded on strong ethics, transparency, and pride in workmanship. Rather than focusing on volume building, Modern Habitats concentrates on bespoke homes that reflect the relaxed Sunshine Coast lifestyle while maintaining architectural integrity and durability.
